At TALJobs, we prioritize the security and safety of all our users. We are a highly transparent platform and believe that trust is the foundation of our relationship with our user. We have strong technical guidelines and follow all compliance standards, in addition to using robust data encryption and strong authentications to ensure the confidentiality, privacy and security of user data. We do not share any user data to unauthorized third-parties. Only public profiles and user agreed information is displayed on the website and shared with employers and job seekers.  

We verify each job listing and candidate profile before publishing them on our platform to minimize the risks of frauds and scams. Our dedicated Trust & Safety team monitors all our systems for suspicious activity and anomalous user behavior, taking instant action to protect our users.

•       Click on the Login/ Register at the top right corner of the screen.
•       In the dialog box, click on the Register button at the bottom.
•       Click on the Candidate/ Employer button based on the kind of profile you want to create.
•       Create your account using an email id you regularly use and have access to.
•       Create a password.
•       Click on the captcha. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
•       Click on Register Now.
•       Follow the simple verification steps thereon to activate your TALJobs account.

You cannot recover your password. But you can reset the password by clicking on the Forgotten password option in the login page and following the simple steps thereon.

Unfortunately, no! We encourage users to use an email id that they have regular access to since all confirmations are done through email.
